This full-time permanent position is responsible for entering clear and accurate customer orders so that our manufacturing facility can produce what the customer wants, the way they want it, and do it all on time!  In addition, this position is able to offer recommendations and solutions when putting together customer quotes and answering phone inquiries.  The ideal candidate is detail oriented; a logical thinker; has technical aptitude (you can understand how things are put together); able to manage variety with ease; has good math abilities especially when dealing with commission calculations; and a proven ability to create an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

They are directly accountable to the Production Leader for following work orders, work instructions, procedures, and policies; completing required paperwork and documentation; and ensuring that products meet required Company quality standards and production schedules.
